There were a wide variety of 50' PS-1 boxcars which were manufactured. The later cars had ladders and usually had cushion underframes where the earlier cars had grab irons. The 50' PS-1 cars which KadeeŽis making are patterned after the earlier cars with the grab irons and with standard as opposed to cushioned underframes. There are still several major varieties.
