Shipping & Returns
All Kadee® products are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship or materials for 1 Year when purchased direct from Kadee® or a Kadee® Authorized Dealer. Product defects arising from improper usage or abuse will not be honored. Cosmetic or environmental defects will not be honored. All returns must be authorized prior to return. Returns are shipped at the full expense of the customer unless prior arrangements have been made. Return defective materials directly to us for replacement or repair. Be sure to package items carefully as we cannot replace parts damaged in transit, nor parts that are determined to be damaged due to misuse or abuse. Subject to change without notice.
Product Return Policy
Product returns must be authorized prior to return. Returns may be made only up to 30 days from date of invoice & will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns must include a copy of the original invoice and reason for the return. Returns are shipped at the full expense of the customer unless prior arrangements have been made. We cannot accept the return of products purchased from sources other than Kadee® Quality Products. Returns with defects arising from improper usage or abuse will not be honored.
If you purchased directly from Kadee® and purchased the optional shipping insurance you are covered. If you didn't purchase the optional shipping insurance on your direct Kadee® purchase or purchased your Kadee® products elsewhere we will see what we can do for you. Each case is unique and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
As a general rule if a package is damaged in shipping and it‘s obvious when the package arrives, do not accept its delivery. If you discover an item has been damaged after you have received the package contact who shipped the package within 48 hours. Please Note: Kadee® is not responsible for any shipping damage from anyone who resells our products. You will have to contact the reseller you purchased products from and make arrangements with them for damaged goods.
Kadee doesn't ship retail orders to freight forwarders / shipping consolidators without prior account approval.
Kadee Quality Products Co., corporately recommends the purchase of shipping insurance and states herein specifically that we are not responsible for loss or damage to any shipments after they leave our warehouse. You must purchase optional USPS or UPS shipping insurance to guarantee completed delivery or replacement options if the package does not arrive. (No form of USPS or UPS shipping insurance is available for UK, GB, IE, or ZA.)

- Ground - (Tracking) (1 to 7 Days depending on location)
- 3 Day Select - (Tracking) (Delivery by the end of the third business day)
- 2nd Day Air - (Tracking) (Delivery by the end of the second business day)
- Next Day Air Saver (Tracking) ( Delivery by end of next business day)
- Worldwide Express - (Tracking) (1 to 3 Days depending on location)
- Worldwide Expedited - (Tracking) (2 to 5 Days depending on location)
All foreign shipments are experiencing customs delays. International Customs is experiencing extended delays that may result in lost packages.
Most orders placed before 12:00 PM PST Monday - Thursday or before 9:00 AM PST Friday usually ship same business day. Orders received after 12:00 PM PST Monday - Thursday or 9:00 AM PST Friday usually will be shipped the following business day.
Kadee® is not responsible for shipping services transit times. Transit times are provided by the carrier, excluding weekends and holidays, and may vary with package destination, customs, and weather, particularly during peak periods.
